About Me

Hi, I'm Nurse Mom, and thank you for embarking on this journey with me. I am a master's prepared Registered Nurse of 2 years and loving it.

I started my career in a nursing home and continued in a hospital. I loved managing the chronic and acute illnesses, while impacting the quality of patient care, as I feel that our healthcare system lacks empathy and compassion.

Recently, I had to leave the bedside to continue my chapter of being a mom and beloved wife. Thus, I thought, what better way than to educate on health topics than to blog. 

During my journey, I hope to increase health literacy and educate on all things medical, within my scope of practice of course.
