My Nursing Background
I started my career in a nursing home and continued in a hospital. I loved managing the chronic and acute illnesses, while impacting the quality of patient care, as I feel that our healthcare system lacks empathy, compassion, and the willingness to educate patients.
Why I Started Nurse Mom
Recently, I had to leave the bedside to continue my chapter of being a mom and beloved wife. Thus, I thought, what better way than to educate on health topics than to blog.
